Players with very high pvp ratings

A 'high' alliance rank gives you absolutely nothing, exept one skill point per level. Therefore the alliance rank is worthless for me. It is just an indicator, nothing else.

I'm much more concerned about people that do 'effective' CP farming in PvE (AA runs, etc.), These guys take home much more CP than the actual CP-gain ratio in PvP.
You can not give more CP to players doing repetitive stuff all day long. Kills in PvP should be rewarded much higher than PvE-kills. In my opinion about 10-20 times higher because kills in PvP occur much more rarely. Without enlightment, as an average random (not playing in an organized group) player, you can get one CP every 4-8 hours in Cyrondil. In PvE I can run around some open-world "easy"-spot and still get one CP every two hours easily just by running in circles and farming level 10-14 mobs. In PvP, especially for casuals or randoms, you loose every incentive to gain CP because its f..ng slow. Not everyone wants to be in an organized group!

People that just think: "wow, he's rank 40, he must be a good player", haven't really played ESO to it's full extend. Just my opinion

Its Ok to enjoy the game , but coming with a huge zerg turning the map to one color and leaving campaign , trolling the players by holding on to the scroll in their home keep for hours and just farm ap is not very enjoyable for the opponents.

I can see that they are all good very players , i am in azura i am talking about the new red and blue zerg that travel to the campaign and kill us , i learned a lot from these good players and exciting to go against good players (even though i die) , if you want to showoff your skills its ok but please don't troll us with scroll shenanigans and just turn the map completely when no one is online , it just drives ppl away from PVP and ultimately u wont have ap to gain.

I am in AD i dont know if AD also did the same if so my bad for saying this, i am a bit new to PVP and just wanted to express.

Azura on the NA server is like the younger brother of Haderus. It is a yellow claimed buff server that has large hordes of yellow defending it. I don't think you can really claim that there is a blue horde as in prime time we usually have to turtle to defend against the yellow pop lock horde that decends on the campaign. I have seen Thorn guilds from all three alliances in AZ from time to time over the last few weeks. Personally I think it is a good thing having more players from all the Alliances makes for more fun.

Azura pop locked for AD? Azura was pop locked for AD in 2 days in the past 2 weeks but red and blue Pop lock everyday in the prime time, all the guild from thorn came in 1 day and that's all they all are in chillrend now , i have been playing for more than 10 hours a day so i know and i never said more players are bad , i am saying making fun of players by holding scroll in the keep dropping and picking it up and flipping the map in the night is not nice.

same thing now i logged of with 5 keeps and 2 scrolls at around 11:50 pm est , now no scrolls and no keeps , that's sad , having to defend all day and to come back to complete blue or red map everyday in the morning is depressing to see everything flipped in the middle of the night , i know lot of players from other zones come in during that and they can do whatever they want as this is a game , all i am saying is bringing a big zerg during that time when there is no opposition to flip the entire map and take all 4 scrolls doesn't seem like they wanna PVP , they just want it as a Buff server.

literally in the past 4 days day 1 full Blue , day 2 Full Blue , day 3 Full Red , now Full Blue

I'm in a blue group on AZ we have had a few of the blue Emps recently and I can tell you that we don't push home keeps. We will fight on the ring and our home keeps but we don't bother with the other home keeps unless we are going after a scroll or there is opposition in those keeps. We usually leave and go to another server when there is clearly no one in the other factions defending. Just boring to play if there is no one to fight. The last few days it has tended to be EP with the numbers on in prime time but at the beginning of the campaign it was usually pop lock yellow vs 1-2 bar blue and 1 bar red. Not sure what happened to Gank's group but I haven't seen them in awhile. I think a lot of the yellow that were on AZ have gone to defend Had.

Some people exploited to get high rank, some people have no responsibilities and can play 24x7 somehow. Others, a little bit of Column A, a litle bit of Column B.

There was other shady stuff going on pre-1.5 like bloodport farming, and spies placing camps for ganking.

It's more complicated than everyone makes it seem.

I can understand the frustration of the poster, I stick almost exclusively to Haderus unless it is all yellow and then I move to azuras or chill to play for fun. However, the zergballing trolls from thornblade just need to stay there. Their lack of skill in regards to playing their character is mind-numbingly apparent, how many people with aoe's does it take to storm a 5 man defended keep? Well apparently 40 with massive impervious aoe's. How boring, and I hope the worst for anybody that runs like that. Zeni took that type of playing out of trials for a reason, if only these trolls could see it the same way.

or they/their guild could actually just know how to make good AP without either of those situations

    To all colors…

I'm new to the PvP scene even though I have been in game since Beta, just didn't like it back then. I've had Azura's for the last few months as a buff server and decided that would be where I went to try it out.

I love it. Azura's is fiercely competitive for the entire time I'm in which is usually several hours on evenings EST, although it does seem to lock a little earlier for Blue and Red, then Yellow… but there are always good fights. I've never had to look for something to fight, can't imagine how boring that must be.

The Zerg Ball 30 man AOE train is really just a testament to driving skill, following the ass of the guy in front of you as you spam, spam, spam… no fun there for me. Sheep are also good at it.

The Lag Bomb for the Pin is equally silly. I experience little to no Lag in all of Cyro, even with 60+ on the screen… but this, lol.

Other than those, I really enjoy it. To me it's like raiding for 4-6 hours without the majority of annoyances. And after 3 weeks I went from VR3 to VR7 just within Cyrodil and I'm almost rank 14.

bring them on I say! i would not care if it was someone with PvP rank 50! I would still fight them. My PvP rank 16 self has a blast killing people in their high 20s and 30s. Its good fun:)

No i am from Ganks group , we were one of the few guilds that played on Azuras last campaign , many left to either chill or Haderus.

Well the new campaign seems to be full of action and as long as more AD join in and can balance the pop a bit , we will have some good PVP in azuras.

Alot of people made a much higher rate of AP when Forward Camps were in the game. Battles also lasted much longer, so the ticks were huge.

Longer battles is mostly why I'd like camps to return in some form. I've gotten used to Elder Stallions Online now (not that I like it better). Obviously not in the previous state camps were in, but there are no 8 hour fights anymore. Don't think I've been in a fight longer than 30 minutes since they were removed.
