I think the Rapid Strikes bug is back again

In the early months of ESO there was a bug by which when you used rapid strikes from the Dual Wield skill line it would randomly freeze you from all follow on actions unless you double escaped. Obviously this could often be fatally inconvenient during combat.
It was fixed, then broken again and then fixed for some number of iterations.
Well as of one of the last couple of patches this bug is back and I am seeing it quite often with the resultant loss of life... please, pretty please, fix this once and for all and ensure that the buggy code is expunged from every single location to avoid it being reintroduced AGAIN!

Razzak✭✭✭✭✭I can confirm this. It happens occasionally, but it does still happen. It usually happens when rapid strikes gets interrupted by another action by player or opponent.0
