Cyrodiil queue is killing me

From past 1 week I haven't manage to enter in Cyrodiil. Home campaign is Throneblade and I always get 200+ queue, that queue take time for 3+ hours. I have some cross faction character so I can't change my home campaign. Can some one from ZOS tell me what they are doing to avoid Cyrodiil queue, there is no point to be in the game, when I can't enter or play my desired part of game.

I was on Thornblade at the weekend and it took about 2 hours and 20 mins to get in.
Literally half of the amount of time I had for PvP was gone before I got in and then it was laggy as hell.
I even got a capture of a 15 min lag fight on a keeps flag where the most exciting thing was the light show.1 -

LAG IS CRAZY, all capmaigns pop locked at prime time = when most people can play (because of work), perfomance sucks

tist✭✭✭From my experience do not even bother joining when there is a que. The lag is beyond terrible, comedic actually. I really hope they do something to resolve this since many play the game specifically for cyrodiil.1 -

Nermy✭✭✭✭✭Queues are certainly becoming a massive drawback from my enjoyment of Cyrodiil. I can take the lag (I only get mildly annoyed now and again.) but having to wait 2-3 hours to play, especially during the working week is getting to be slightly unacceptable.
Another issue that slightly annoys me is how slow ZoS can be to address players concerns. At the moment they have a somewhat captive audience. I.e. If we want to PvP in Cyrodiil there is nothing we can do but endure the queues.
There has been a lot of chat in the forums about how to combat the queues. From more campaigns (this may work but I know of quite a few guilds who will never move from Thornblade [EU]) to premium queuing for subbers with non-subbers being able to get premium queuing by buying a token from the crown store.
I myself have no clear cut answers but it would be nice to know what ZoS are currently thinking. They obviously don't think we will endure these mad queues, it will eventually drive people from the game.
So @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_BrianWheeler, any info please?

Try to imagine the uproar if so called premium members still have to wait in queue. Just won´t work, we already had the queues before B2P.

Longest queue I have had on Daggerfall Covenant is #21, which moved to #1 (entered) in forty (40) seconds.
When I attempt to enter a pop-locked campaign, I enter at the same speed as if it were not pop-locked.

but now the queue is getting bigger for the same reason.
ZOS really need to get their act together and fix Cyradiil.
And NOT by "changing player behaviour".. They promised us huge battles, so fix it!0 -

✭✭✭✭You picked the most overpopulated faction, you lived with the benefits, now live with the consequences. Look at all of the campaigns throughout the day and you'll notice that EP almost always has a higher # of players, then AD, then DC. We're not quite in a position to add new campaigns yet, because then they're just going to turn into buff servers.

's one of the reasons I went to Azuras-Star... the other is, I PvP on my main toons, whicha re EP dunmer, and the dunmer have always had a kinda close-ish relationship to Azura, so... if the name fits...
Now... it would be nice to have the game allow cheracters to leave an campaign withoput specifying an campaign to switch to, jut to make it easier to relocate your PvP characters, but... I haven't yet seen a way to do that, which makes switching campaigns a bit of a bother, sometimes...0 -

Azura also have queue but not like EP Throneblade. Tonight I tried DC Azura and it has 30min queue.0
