In response to a thread earlier this week...

forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/145026/rawlkah-is-overpowered/p1

EP...Final zone..Rift...Capitol city, Riften...Stone and heavy wood construction, Stone walls

DC...Final zone..Bangkorai..Capitol city...Evermore...Stone and heavy wood construction, Stone walls ish.

AD...Final zone..Reapers March...Capitol city, Rawl' Kha...seven wood buildings on stilts...

Rawl' Kha needs some Stone walls, a moat, and a dragon.

Stone walls are to protect the weak. Rawl 'Kha has too many champions to require walls.

Agreed...its more for aesthetics. You know, so that the city looks as awesome as its occupants.

Half the charm and appeal of Rawl'kha compared to Riften and Evermore is it's lack of walls. It's very easy to enter and leave in multiple directions, not just through a few gates. That thread you referenced got totally out of hand. Hope this one doesn't go the same way.

I'd trade stone walls for the convenience of having every single thing you would ever need all right next to the washrine, trveling all across town back and forth is killing my horses feet.

Rawl'Kha doesn't need a wall of stones. Those deadly crocodiles, senche tigers and giant wasps are more than enough to keep ennemies at bay! :sunglasses:

This one also thinks all those crazy people dancing and singing and casting random spells in the streets strikes terror into the hearts of any possible invader. Unfortunately this one is unable to travel to this wonderful oasis to see the entertainment at the moment.

Who needs walls or champions? The uber town guards will smack down gods and mortals alike.

The infinite loading screen seems to keep me out of Rawl'kha just fine.

Am I the only one in the game that doesn't really like Rawl'kha much?

Sure everything is convenient and 2 metres from each other.... but, its just lacking something for me.

Maybe its the lack of those walls... or the fact it looks quite bitty & unsubstantial...

Prefer Riften... all the wood, and nearby forests and lakes. :)

Comfy and VERY convenient :) There are reasons why Rawl'kha vendors spend 2 MILLION gold per week whereas no other spot even comes close. Max 250k.

It's a good buyers market though I go there for all my buying needs, the bank is right there and the thieves guild is right across from bank.

Velyn Harbour is my crafter's preferred place of residence. Work stations are close together also, but less people due to lack of guild stores.

I would like to see someone hiring the trading spots in Craglorn for that "250k max"

Neither of the numbers provided are accurate, especially the 250k max. Far more is being paid for kiosks in ER and Mournhold (and other places). That's been true for months. Sales in ER have skyrocketed since the Undaunted hub was added - the kiosks are right between the wayshrine and the quest hub. A great ER guild can get close to the revenue of some Rawl guilds! (and the same is true in Mournhold)
