Hi,

I used to play ESO when it was first released - I thought I'd get back into it, but since I started I've hit multiple barriers (Rogue access code emails etc). The most recent obstacle however it trying to create a new charater - I receive a crash report interface at random stages throughout the character creation process.

For example sometimes changes the classes/races would cause the crash, however much more likely is when I'm customising further - such as when I click "No gear" to adjust body markings, or setting the character's build type.

I have however found a pretty consistent way to replicate the error, which is going to the character create screen and clicking "Back" to go back to character select - instantly causes a crash.

I've removed my Elder Scrolls Online folder from My Documents, and tried repairing the game to no avail. As I'm running two GTX660s in SLI I've disabled one so that it only uses a single GPU - unfortunately still no better off!

A little frustrating as I was hoping to play some ESO during my week off work - I should learn never to make plans for my time off!
