Justice System Improvements (IMO)
I've got a small complaint about the justice system that i think, (In my opinion and many of my friends') i think that the system feels quite rusty and 'off' the way you can attack NPC's that have no relevance but not any questgivers or merchants, You can't even pickpocket them! I think that if you implemented it so that all merchants and most quest giver NPC's (Excluding people like the prophet and other really important ones, queen Ayrenn etc) if you made it so they were still attackable but not actually killable, like in Skyrim or like how the guards are in the system right now, this would make the whole experience feel a lot more 'Elder Scrollsish' and much more immersive for PC and Console alike. It would improve the game greatly and make the entire thing smoother and flow better
