I might consider putting it on my bar. I'm not suggesting the buffs the current version gives can't be helpful, but it's so frustrating when some opponents seem like they are in the aggro range of guards but the NPCs don't help. I don't think ZOS should change the NPC guard aggro range because it would ruin a part of stealth play, but if the War Horn ability (the base skill or one of the morphs) or something similar skill summoned them that would be a neat trick. Stealthers could still do their 2-3 second kill and get away, but it would add an interesting dimension to general stronghold defense.
