My personal favorites:

1) The end of the LOLOL typo.
Potions of Weapon Power no longer include inappropriate text. LOLOL.

2) The undaunted chest buff that nobody was expecting.
Doubled the overall drop rate for all Undaunted shoulder pieces, and removed Sturdy shoulders from the mix (though not from the game entirely).

3) The disappearance of tacos
All foods previously known as tacos have been changed to pasty, and sake has been changed to mazte.

4) The greatest improvement to fishing since the addition of dyes.
Increased the amount of bait you can stack to 200.

What are yours?
Wololo.

Surely that's an undaunted shoulders buff, not an undaunted chest buff???

It always sucks when you go through the effort of getting your item, and then as soon as you get it, they go and make it start dropping more for everyone else. Then once everyone in the game has them, they are going to start nerfing the shoulders because too many people using them breaks the balance of the game.

Breaks the balance of the game? How will more people having access to the sets "break" balance? wouldn't it make it more balanced? I mean if they give you an advantage over someone who doesn't have them isn't that unbalanced?

I think we have different definitions of balance.

Omg they doubled the drop rate on shoulders. ZOS I have disdain for you normally but I want to kiss you for this. I have 50 plus dailies and not a single shoulder

Please enlighten me on your definition.

One guy out of 20 who has an advantage over the other 19 because of RNG?

If a set is overpowered it is overpowered if 1 guy or 1 million guys have it, however if everyone has it at least it is an even playing field.

It's already ubiquitous. I hardly ever see a serious DD in pve without Valkyn Skoria. I have done 100 runs on two characters, I have deconned at least a dozen different items I didn't want/need. Even less of a reason now to do pledge dungeons.

Crushing Shock nerf is ridiculous. Why are they so committed to phasing out magicka builds?

Still not addressed the biggest issue with update 6 - normalisation of the time it takes to earn a point. It should be 100k for a point and no more. We were promised less grind, not a frustrating one with no end in sight.

Glad to see Tacos out. New recipe names were horribly anachronistic and lore unfriendly.

The change to ultimate generation is welcome. The restoration of critical strike values on sets is welcome but nothing about the needless penalty for wearing gear below max level. Higher level gear already benefits from being better, why render v10 and v12 sets useless? What good does that serve?
Dragonknight Smith of the Lith | Rayna Dreloth
Templar Josephine Belmont | Catherine Belmont | Irene Belmont
    Sorceror Blathanna | Eta Carina
    Nightblade Adda Vorenor

Ebonheart Pact | Daggerfall Covenant | EU | Champion Points ~ 800 | Crafter of all things

Or they could just add more GOOD STUFF LIKE THE SHOULDERS, that drop from bosses, in dungeons and trials. Instead of 99% being garbage decon fodder. Its there way of giving better rewards for doing hard content, however what we need is not high drop rates. WE NEED MORE DAMN ITEMS than 1 shoulder piece off a boss here and there.

what we need is, WAYS TO MAKE IT MORE FUN.
we need random world events like in rift of telara. THAT would be the perfect way to make grinding become actually fun.

    Personally noticed:
    - Some Welwas in Lower Craglorn were replaced by Jackals.
    - The sound near Alchemy crafting stations (maybe not new but I had never noticed it before :)).
    - Much lower number of entrances to Outlaw Refuges.
    - Crit Chance bonuses on armor sets doubled (so same as 1.5. values again).
    - New pictures for pets and mounts in the crown store.

Important changes from the patch notes, in my opinion:
    - Ultimate can now be gained from blocking, dodging, or attacking targets with a damage shield.
    - Monsters and NPCs will no longer be able to land Critical Hits.
    - You can no longer block while feared.
    - Many ground based AOEs are no longer blockable. Damage that comes from below, such as fire, cannot be blocked.
    - Doubled the overall drop rate for all Undaunted shoulder pieces, and removed Sturdy shoulders from the mix (though not from the game entirely).

Isn't this what the Champion System was designed for? I don't know about you but I won't be playing my same character for the next two years JUST to get all the Champion Points available. There will be NO new Content for Months and running the same dungeons over and over imo are a complete waste of time. People are going to create a new character, level them up and bit and eventually end up quitting the game because it's the same old grind with no new content.
