Werewolf Ultimate Transformation Bug - how do I fix it?

Hi,
Sometimes, when I try to transform into a Werewolf, I do not transform, my Ultimate is consumed and then I can only move at a slow walking speed, I can not run or ride a horse quickly.
The only thing I have found that is only a work around is to let my toon die or build up Ultimate and try to transform again. I find it a little bit of a pain, so does this happen to anyone else and if so, can you please tell me what you do to fix this?

We're aware of the issues affecting the Werewolf ultimate at the moment. We're bringing a vast amount of love and updates to Werewolves in Update 5, so keep an eye on our patch notes for more info on a resolution for this bug. Update 5 is currently available on PTS to test, and will be available on the Live server soon™!0 -

Blkadr✭✭✭✭I just became a WW and all times except for once I tried to turn into a WW and it just fizzled out and used my ultimate up. This is a month after the last entry above.

Make sure to only hit the ultimate button once. And then wait til you are transformed.
If you hit your ultimate button more often it glitches out. So just a slight tap and you will transform without any problems
