    And 25 is not 0. No one said the XP you were going to get was going to be the same, but someone DID say you'd get 0. That's my point, it's not impossible. Also, somewhere someone's mathing seems off. You should see more than 25 for 5 pledges. Sorry, I think the bad mathing was mine.

    Anyway, you can rest assured that ZoS will assuage the loudest. If you wait for another minor patch or two, they'll hand it to you.

    They added new content, what some people seem to be saying here is that I've done some stuff before can I have the new stuff without doing anything now.

    Analogy time, they increase the level cap 5 levels, just because you have been doing stuff at top level for 2 months, doesn't mean you just level to top level!
    They have added two levels to undaunted, erm don't want to be rude, but you should earn them like everyone else....
    I wanted to write a well thought off post logically proving your analogy wrong, but then gave up on it. Honestly? We did difficult stuff and we want reward for it. Not to be punished for it, which is what's happening now. They don't obviously HAVE to reward anyone. But if they're gonna keep this s...stuff up, where basically players who do (more challenging) stuff first get PUNISHED for it, not REWARDED, they're gonna lose a huge portion of their players. Yes, it's a pixelworld of a game and we play for fun, doesn't mean we don't want to feel appreciated, not neglected.

    I have run so many guildies through dungeons that I have a favorite crate to dance on chosen for each (The other crates suck. They don't have good lighting for my awesome dance skills.)

    I have seen every build and level both fail and succeed. I will run with you whether you are majica, stamina, or hybrid. All I care about is that you put in effort and have fun.

    I cleared both BC and Elden Hollow HM VR12 since patch launched, got nothing towards the Undaunted skill line. No Undaunted progression what so ever, only 50 normal achievement points.

    So I don't think anyone is getting Undaunted exp for HM any more. Sucks equally for everyone. But if you finished them in the past, at least you get to stay at your level 5 lol. Players being level 3-4 cant even power-spam HM for quick points.

    Would be interesting to know which achievements still counts towards Undaunted. There's also the slayer deeds and the dmg, block and heal one and more. Do they still count, like should we even bother with anything besides the 2 daily quests?

    o.O That doesn't make sense...hardmodes and speedruns make like 80% of all achievements there and 95% of all points-.- If they don't give Undaunted xp, it's just a superslow mindless grind.

    the problem is more that prior excess points from the achievements from dungeons does not count retroactively to the new undaunted levels..

    this creates a problem where someone who might have completed every vet dungeon achievement will have less room to level undaunted with compared to someone who has only done enough to get rank 4 or so.

    it effectively punishes characters who have done more dungoens.. i have one character that has all death, time trial challenges and he started with the same progress into rank 6 as another of mine that only really had completions.
    I play every class in every situation. I love them all.

    solutions:

    1. Ignore those that had done the achievements before 1.5.2 and force them to level undaunted at a much slower rate than those that had not.

    2. Retroactively award Undaunted points inline with the amount of missing points (achievements are logged per character, shouldn't be too hard), to reward players for progress already made.

    3. Retroactively award a proportion of Undaunted points inline with the amount of missing points (achievements are logged per character, shouldn't be too hard), to reward players for progress already made. This should take into account the dungeon difficulty has been scaled now.

    4. Reset previously completed Undaunted achievements for those that already had level 5 undaunted before 1.5.2 (but only reset achievements they got past level 5). This will allow them the same opportunities that other players have now; to level the skill line through pledges AND other achievements. Also, encourages play through the new scaled content.

    So, basically, they just rewarded the people that unsubbed three months ago that stopped and then came back, . The ones like myself that hit vet 14, then went on to go back and clear atchivements got screwed because of the lack of areas to get xp, or decent xp at least.

    Use your brain. IF EVERYONE is capped at your lvl 5 analogy then when the new levels come out they are on a even level playing field to progress at the same speed. (Thus ok and normal)

    In the real world aka (the situation going on) There are people who have done heaps and not got credit and now have limited (slower) ways to level compared to someone who DIDNT do heaps earlier. THUS not even playing field.

    The fact someone who did nothing prior to update 5 can get to 7 in a night and people who did EVERY achievement prior to update 5 will take months to get 7 is so potato.

    Lets use a analogy that ACTUALLY makes sense.
    "Two kids get 50 lego blocks each to make a house. One kid uses all 50 blocks to make a house and the other kid uses none. A adult comes in and takes away all BUILT houses leaving one kid with zero blocks and the other will 50 still. The adult then ads 10 blocks to each childs toy box. One child has 10 blocks left and the other has 60.

    Is this fair? Will the kid with 60 blocks have a advantage or be able to make a better house? (More ways to level quicker)."


    In case the one above is to complex...
    All players are caped at lvl 5 (like you said) There are 10 bosses in the game and each give amazing exp. Some players kill those bosses and because they are already max lvl 5 they get no exp. Some players dont kill those bosses. They then release a new update. The lvl 5s who killed those bosses no longer get exp from those as they are done already. They are stuck killing much harder and slower mobs while other lvl 5s can quickly max lvl on easier mobs... because they didnt do it prior to the update.


    Are people commenting without knowing how achievements in the dungeon even work? The new ones are far slower and harder to get. To finish the 100 vet pledges would take 100 x 20 hours! Around 100 days! If you had not done the achievements you could farm a few quick and easy 50 point ones and be max undaunted in a night... Do you not understand this common sense, how un even the leveling speed is?

    Again, I'm not arguing that it's impossible to level up now. I'm arguing that people that'd completed most achievements prior to 1.5 are at a HUGE disadvatange to people who had not, which is just stupid. If anything, they should be rewarding players for doing more of the harder content, not punishing them.

    I seriously doubt society when people dont understand this stuff... its so basic..
    The world is seriously full of "Its not affecting me so meh" kind of people.

    EASY FIX

    Level 6 and 7 undaunted should only be achievable through doing the NEW achievements. All old ones do not give exp for the skill line.

    Thus people like me who did ACTUALLY play the game content dont get burnt for playing... and players who didnt do it cant just level it in one night while we are stuck at a disadvantage.

    Literally no way in QQ'ing about this. All the potatos telling me I wanted things free or easy... well this way you have to work just as hard as me and its even.

    Lets hear you all complain its slow.
