a site/chart with reliable info on the factors that effect abilities?

Afternoon. Is there a reliable site out there to let folks know what abilities can be effected by my weapon damage, weapon power, weapon crit, spell power, spell crit, stamina, stealth, and other factors? I would prefer something like a detailed calculation on how the damage formula are done, but if I remembered right zenimax didn't want to release them

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I don't know but sure would be nice to know exactly what skill, abilities and passives do..exactly.

I haven't found a site where it is all put together, let along all together and clearly/concisely. Some people seem to have a general idea of the rules of thumb for these things, but that's about it.

"Class skills = [spell damage + max magicka] + spell crit (exception below)

Class melee range skills = [like above but:] melee crit not spell crit
