How do I craft a Nights Silence set?

I think I skipped over on how to make special item sets. Also, if anyone is willing, I will pay for a v10 medium armour Night Silence set.

sets require a minimum number of traits researched before they can be created. Night's Silence appears to only need you to have 2 traits researched for the item before you can craft it.

Once you have that then you need to find one of the locations in the world that allow you to craft that set. These are all over the place, so best idea is to search on the wiki's for that info. eg. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Night's_Silence

What type of enemy drops the set or does every enemy drop it?

This particular set is player crafted.

With the low trait requirement just about anyone can craft this particular set, or at least have contact with someone that can, (guild mate or someone like that).

if you are EP, there is a crafting location close to Davons watch that has this. I can make you a VR10 medium armor nights silence set, but I don't have the materials for it:(
