Unable to create a guild on the same day guild functionality is 'restored'
So I have been trying repeatedly to create a new guild, especially since guild functionality has been overhauled and 'fixed'. I cleared my fifth guild slot and went ahead to try and create it. I was told I couldn't join a new guild before leaving one. I tried clearing a second slot, then went to create it again and got the same error message. I had hoped 'restored functionality' meant that the guild system would work at a basic level but that didn't work out.
Any chance of getting this fixed soon?

Well I kept getting the same problem until I finally ran a repair and restarted the computer, then I was able to get it to work. Maybe it's just that it takes time for a guild slot drop to register server side? Not sure but I'm just glad it works
