it's not like pre patch.
we have a simple increase of fps compared to the last few days
but prepatch, even with a drop of fps during huge battles, it was still fluid.
currently, when the fps are dropped, it's still playable BUT it stutters a lot.

So they haven't really fixed the issue...rather they improved the fps to where it's somewhat playable instead of being unplayable. Thanks for the info!

That said, we know that some players are still seeing performance issues and would like to assure you that this hotfix is part of an on-going effort to address these issues.
In order to get the information to the Dev Team quickly, we ask that those players who are still seeing FPS problems head over to this thread to let us know. Thanks!
Ok so my FPS dropped from steady 60 to 25-45 after 1.2.5. I am now back to steady 60 and this is what I did:
Did not work for me: Deleting UserSetting.txt and ShaderCache.cooked as well as setting GPUSmooting to 0. That did not work.
I then tried to think of any changes I made to my system today and all I did was download and install MSI Control Center.
I uninstalled it and also did a repair on the ESO launcher. So I cannot say which one did the trick, but game is as smooth as before. Hopefully this might help some.

But I encountered a (at least for me) new bug: After being killed in PvP and repawning in a keep I can't use the transitus system anymore and have to relog to fix this problem.

It did not "resolve" anything. I understand that after 14 days (or more) of horrible perfomance ppl now think that having 15-20 fps is ok, but it is not, before the patch in big fights i had 40 fps, now i m half down. U might slightly increase performance, but hell no, it is not SOLVED. Game is far from enjoyable.
