We waited through a long US holiday weekend after BEGGING Zenimax to do something. They did nothing to fix the issue and kept on trucking.
SOP for most MMOs is to extend time on all accounts to make up for it to buy time and goodwill. They don't do that.
As a consumer, I must assume the worst. I must assume they're not listening and what little has been said are just platitudes at this point. I have to assume Zenimax are incompetent -- because they haven't proven otherwise and haven't proven they're worth the money we've spent.
