1. Admit the failure in your 1.2.3+ Patches and undo these changes.

2. Address the issue in such a way that you can retain SOME of the remaining players.

The players who don't unsubscribe, and actually want your game to succeed aren't going to have anyone to play with if this keeps up. The amount of players unsubscribing/letting their time run out is staggering.

PvP is gonna be a ghost town when and if this finally gets resolved.

    As much as it sucks to admit it, I went ahead and unsubbed. Only 2 people in my guild don't constantly get the FPS bug. One person told me to try a fix that made it even worse. Truthfully, they've got until Thursday to hotfix or we're done for good.

    Yup. And, today, of all days not be constantly trying to engage people on the forums.

    We waited through a long US holiday weekend after BEGGING Zenimax to do something. They did nothing to fix the issue and kept on trucking.

    SOP for most MMOs is to extend time on all accounts to make up for it to buy time and goodwill. They don't do that.

    As a consumer, I must assume the worst. I must assume they're not listening and what little has been said are just platitudes at this point. I have to assume Zenimax are incompetent -- because they haven't proven otherwise and haven't proven they're worth the money we've spent.
