Man, this thread must violate a TON of "Naming and Shaming" rules.
Typical hypocrisy, they change the rules to suit themselves .. so one can't name and shame scammers, RMT, botters, etc. but one CAN name and shame an alleged fake GM.adamrussell52_ESO wrote: »Man, this thread must violate a TON of "Naming and Shaming" rules.
Thats what I thought at first, but I guess zos feels that this crime is sufficient to allow leeway on the naming and shaming rule. Its their rules and they are fully within their rights to decide when and where to enforce them or not.

They acted entirely unprofessionally then and should be dealt with accordingly.ZOS_JordanH wrote: »Hey, everyone. Gamemaster Kathar and Gamemaster Finalorn are both legitimate ESO GMs. We hope this provides some clarification on the issue.
As always, no GM will ever ask for details pertaining to a player's account or personal information, so remaining vigilant to impostors is still very important. You can recognize in-game GMs by their white robes and smoke.
Thank you!

GMs should not engage in the kind of discussion they were involved in via public chat channels.
