Um, no, he is well within his rights to leave the guild and tell others to join him, but it's not his right to disband the existing guild.Ker.Rakb16_ESO wrote: »There's usually two sides to every story. If a guild officer thinks that the leader is incompetent or mentally unstable, he is well within his rights to disband and reform the guild.

This guy told my entire guild that we were disbanding and reforming under a different name and that we should rejoin him.
The name of my guild is Arch-Enemy. The name of the other guild is 'The Order of Arch-Enemy' and they've done it because I refused to give up my guild master seat to one of my officers who demanded it.

Don't give power to people right away, i learned the hard way just like you did, only i learned in WoW. Luckily half the people in the guild were my friends, and we got the guild back up with ease.
Well as a guildmaster you have to be ontop of these things, when he demanded guild master you should have immediately revoked his priviledges. Also any successful GM of a larger or semi successful smaller guild had spies EVERYWHERE.
