TBH I wouldn't mine a creature hunter line =p
I kinda think vamps cook a little too easy to really make an entire line against them atm.. but only my point of view on them.

Sacrament weapons, holy water, stake precision, Werewolf/vampire lore knowledge, Fire bombs, Silver creation and blessing buffs. Everything that would make a vampire and werewolf crap themselves when they see you coming over that hill looking like Abraham Lincoln.

Weaknesses are that you cant use the skill line if you contract lycanthropy or vampirism until you are cured and it is unavailable if you are already a monster. Also vamps/ww get 25% bonus spell/wpn power when attacking you at night lol.
