I am just about level 50. PVP based off these forums seems like it needs tweaking still. What more can I say. I am not looking for a fix, but more of a better balance. ...

I PvP daily as a single-target class with no vampirism or werewolf buff.
I don't find any personal issues with game balance, despite all the forum posts to the contrary.
I'm often told that my class/setup is one of the weakest/worst in the game and many people who have played it have rerolled.

Being in Cyrodiil tells a different story from the videos people post.
I suppose the real solution is that players just need to start posting vampire-killing compilations of all the repeated faceplants.
It's hilarious whenever I see someone try to bat swarm and get dropped by players who comprehend how to counter it already.

I would rather as of right now, not get aggravated over silly things that will even itself out over time and enjoy it when it gets ironed out. Just to be clear my preference in MMORPGs always revolve around PVP (Mortal Online, Darkfall Online are just two that I spent a decent amount of time in). To me, it just isn't ready yet. It will get there. I will just wait it out :)

Well, I can respect your view...I just have difficulty fathoming paying just to PvE while I waited on PvP. x-X

I'm sure you know what game style works best for yourself though.

Ill get there, it has less to do with the posts and more to do with the videos I see. Thanks for respecting my view and don't worry at some point you will see me and my group in Cyrodiil that is for sure. I can wait it out and I know it will be soon. I am also sure I will enjoy it too.

Friend or foe, I look forward to seeing another level-headed player on the field. :D

The whining comes from people who are THIS CLOSE to quitting the game and are hoping ZENIMAX wakes the HELL UP and does something about it before they take that decision.

And next week it will be something else that is making people want to quit. Don't you understand, it is a cycle, a vicious, idiotic, lazy cycle that gamers as a whole and devs go through with every single game that has come out, because it is easier to whine about something and cry nerf, than to figure out how to counter it.

Stop the cycle, quit crying nerf, or don't, and let the cycle continue forever.

It has been just a month. People are still figuring out builds and counters, and we have just begun to see a few very powerful builds. Some people are killed and they don't understand why, when they dont understand why, they come here to whine.

If they don't play a vampire, they dont want vampires to be dangerous. If they dont place a nightblade they dont want nightblades to be dangerous. If they are not V10 they dont want V10 to be dangerous. If they only pvp 2 hours a day, they dont want players who pvp 10 hours a day to be dangerous. Let's not even mention the emperor.

This post is more crap than true, however there are elements of truth about a lot of players not understanding what killed them and figuring way's to counter it.

However many of the "powerful" builds are mere exploits of flawed game mechanics atm, for example there is an armor set that reduces the cost of ultimate's by 20% with 3 pieces, in addition to being available in heavy, medium and light, I believe there is jewelry for the bonus too, and there may weapons too? What some of these "elite" players are doing is mixing, 3 pieces heavy, 3 medium, and possibly getting 2 light with the 3 piece bonus using a weapon shield or jewelry, and getting at least 40% reduction in ultimate cost (likely a 60%) on top of vampire reduction bonus and any other skill or class reduction bonus. So they spam ultimate's. It's a flaw not an awesome build, the 20% reduction shouldn't stack between sets but it does. I am sure that for many other powerful builds there is the same exploiting of flawed game mechanics that need to be fixed.

The real skill of a PvP'r is in a fight of equal powers, not one that finds ways to exploit the game to simply be more powerful. Learn to develop real skill and not hit the "I found an exploit win button!" for a change.

I'm sorry OP, but we are not so blind as to think that theres nothing wrong with the game and it's "perfectly balanced", it's very easy to see how broken vampires are. When you have 6+ threads about vampires, theres something terribly wrong with it. When you have a single player stand still all by himself spamming a single skill, you have something terrible wrong with it. When you spend more time in Cyrodiil trying to kill a vampire than killing any other type of enemy, theres something terribly wrong with it.
Everyone has a different idea for balance, but whos right? We'll se once Cyrodiil is nothing but vampires...

it is perfectly balanced.......this game has 100% balanced pvp dont know how they did it but they did.

and +1 this post was great ppl need to learn to play before crying about non-issues.
