VAmpire mist and sorc blink spell

As in the title those 2 skills NEED to be desperately get nerfed.
Vampire mist can be spammed literally all the time since with the high magicka recovery, low magicka cost of spell and inreasingly fast movement speed it is a spell that can be used to escape without any problems. You cant to anything to the target as the skill description says.. BUT! you can use dark talons BUT! the dark talons work and the target will still be able to use vampire mist .And since dark talons use nothing as less magicka as to mist. its a failed apporach.
As for the blinking skill (sorry i dont know the name for it but i can guess you know which one i am talking about) Except than the low magicka cost that it also has. It cant be interrupted. For example. I use shield charge. i manage to stun the target and then while stunned he can still use blink! and when he uses it he will be stunned further away.... Exactly the same thing happens if i use dark talons. the player will be affected by them but still he will be able to use the skill as if nothing is stopping him from moving.
Finally i guess one of the two skills or both have been discussed in the forums already, but i felt it should be adressed again to do something about them.
