story quest Messages across tamriel buged? i am lvl 45,i done with all maps now,got this quest left,i need to complete it for go to Coldharbour,but npc wont speak with me for start to do this quest ( he is in stonefalls,in midle of map in town)

Known issue, can only hope they are prioritising it as it's stopped my main dead in his tracks at level 45 too.

I sort it out. Join guils. In guild member list find someone who in coldharbour, and click travel to person. And you can start questing there and wait until they fix story.

I personally am having same problem, and I sometimes simply have no option to teleport to players in VR zones when I right click on them on the guild roster screen, and sometimes have the option, but it does not work. Also tried to have a friend teleport to the VR1 zone while he was in my party, and had the same result.

I've just done that. Not been able to actually play the game for nearly a week now and no serious prospect for being able to do so with my remaining 10 days of game time. No point in throwing more money at it. I'll probably re-sub when someone gives me the nod that the game is ready if something else hasn't come along.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I finally got through all the Ebonheart pact, Mage/fighters guild and main quest line quests and only have this one available...can't talk to the npc. This is a giant brick wall to advancement and is a serious issue. They need to prioritize these kinds of bugs because after all this time on my main I can't even play him until its fixed...seriously thinking of unsubing until its fixed.

As I have read, the problem is that the mages guild guy you are needing to talk to actually tells you he'll meet you at the Harborage, and then if you don't talk to him there immediately after he just never shows up in that quest state again.

I thought I saw patch notes about this getting fixed. Either way, other posters here are correct in that you can get a teleport to Coldharbour and start on those quests without actually completing this one.
