used it and it doesn't even detect the installed mod as well as its version, trying to 'update' an mod to the same version is what i call need more tuning.

Use it. Works well. Detecting my existing addons, and updates fine.

Only issue is it's a bit laggy even on ultra high end machines, due to using a terrible programing language (java, tho includes built in runtime at least)

yeah it is a little laggy, but it is a beta version, so hopefully it will get better

I do not really want make an account for that. I am fine with the way it works now.

Looking at the log files it looks like it may be Java related.

I run the secure version of Java - I do not install it on my home PCs.

The delay is most likely self imposed because of that and I would live with it 10 fold for the service that Minion provides. Thanks for the concern on such a small issue though!

Okay. I'm glad that you are happy with Minion, other than that one issue, and that it is valuable enough to you that you are willing to overlook it.

LOVE IT...best ESO add on manager of the year (of course it's the only one as well, but still does a fantastic job!).

Tried to use it. Works poorly. Incorrectly identifies the version of my installed addons, some addons can not find, although they are installed, endlessly trying to update the addons, which considers outdated version (due to an incorrect definition version), update coming, but actually nothing happens, other than trying to update the current version of the addon to the same version. New addons does not installs - as missing, and those that are installed, but have not been found - the same infinite installation attempt. Thought for antivirus, the problem is similar to the problem that in some topic describes a person who does not start the game, but not, as with the correct settings, and with disabled Antivirus program does not work the same way, plus everything is constantly re-installation manually removing all remnants of the program finds the folder addons game version NA, not committed defines EU, ie the manager sees no difference between the NA and EU client and by default it think NA, after changing the path for the addons manually I described the problem and begin in the past beta versions of the general manager hung on the boot process by checking previously found them addons, just after the change of their location. It all what I see. Maybe I see not all or some wrong, but problems persists as I describe.

Seems to work fine but have only used it for a couple of days, looking good so far.

When I installed it, like some others it didn't detect all my installed addons, I simply installed those it didn't recognise through minion and now it's fine.

Works very well if you start by downloading mods via Minion. I would like it to automatically make a backup when updating and keep track of them. Allow the ability to roll back to the previous one or a specified one.

This isn't directly a problem with Minion, but when modders put out a different version you sometimes lose the settings you have created. Part of the problem there I bet is that there isn't a standardized way of handling updates in the community.

@Gillysan It's something that is coming, we're just trying to make sure we have most of the bugs squashed first.

Works great, been using it since just after release. Only have a couple of add ons though so not sure how this beta version works under pressure

Working great for me! Clean install (no previous mods installed). Able to add mods with no problem at all. Speedy as well 4 me. Win8.1 i7 ...

We're working on a better algorithm to detect more addons you have installed manually prior to installing Minion. Another issue came up, though, so it hasn't been pushed live yet. For now, merely install the addons through Minion that it is not detecting. This will not affect your saved variables in any way.
