Dual CPU Support?

When, if we are, getting dual cpu support? I have used the work around of pinning my MB so only 1 cpu is running, but come on...

What, like a xeon server rack would have? Or are you referring to cores? I believe my CPU is using all 4 cores.

IDK how much plainer I can put it. If your a laymen, do some research. I have an Dual xeon custom built, water cooled, mega beasty & want to use it to it fullest. Its not a server it just the best of the best.

I got 4 cores (8 virtual) and all 4 cores are used just fine.

Not sure about a real dual CPU board ...

People are having problems running on a single cpu and you think they are going to support dual cpu systems?

Who the hell are you calling a layman. Is it my fault you never expressed yourself adequately enough? No. I asked if you had Xeon, as in server racks. If your brain renders you incapable of inferring correctly as to why I was including the notion that you might of been referring to cores then that is your lack of intelligence and not mine, there's a lot of people writing about CPU utilization, correlating with select peoples general lack of understanding or misrepresenting CPU as core.

If you can't conceive of any plausible scenarios in which you could of expressed your self better then it is you who is the layman, and this is in regards to "IDK how much plainer I can put it" (just in case your attempt to understand the implication of reference which I am giving here as it could possibly be quite bewildering to you). Do some research? Random research in general? You yet again failed to specify exactly which aspect you were referring to about the subject, or even began to contemplate to yourself why I needed to research, I guess it was just a boorish insult on your part.. You have a Xeon based motherboard, they are generally for workstations and servers, I think I should know, I worked for HP building them.

You if you don't know the difference between Dual cores & Dual CPU's.

The OP is referring to a duo CPU build, just like you can run SLI cards. Your mainboard would have two sockets for CPU´s. ;)

I doubt it will come however, not enough people have such builds. Its similar with SLI systems. The amount of people that have them are almost non existent compared to those with a single GPU. Therefore the companies don't use a lot of resources to improve the compatibility.

It's painfully clear that @Socratic‌ knew the difference from his very first reply. I'm not sure what you think you read but what i read was someone checking to clarify the subject as it was too vague to check the context to confirm whether or not it was another common misuse of the terms "CPU" and "Core".

Aside from that.. I know you want to unleash the full potential, I myself was cramming in a few more overclocks and stability tests to be at my best for the ESO launch but there comes a point when games like ESO stop receiving any noticeable benefit from the CPU. ESO doesn't even fully utilize my single CPU and it's cores to their potential, although the limitations on it's thirst for GPU power seems endless as it continues to attempt generating frames faster than most screens can handle.. I personally just throw on the Vsync as the days are getting too warm for me to keep this heater running full force.
