Hiya,
Really really annoyed with ESO at the moment. Spent all of Saturday night downloading it only to get error code 12 'ESO has quit unexpectedly' spent all of Sunday repairing it as the repair tool seems to re-download the whole freeking game only for it to STILL not work. 3rd re-download currently in process. Had a pretty useless call back from a rep yesterday who said he couldn't help as it was 'too technical' for him so he was going to pass it on to the email guys who take days to reply, when I do get a reply it's telling me to use the repair tool even though I stated in my email to them that I had already done that. For someone who doesn't have a fiber optic connection this game literally takes an entire day/night to download, it's seriously beyond reasonable.
I'm really not impressed and I haven't even had a chance to log in and probably won't until Tuesday evening now. My desktop is one week old and surpasses all the recommended requirements by far. ESO really need to fix this as there's so many threads on the issue, I've done every single fix suggested in other threads to no avail, PLUS may be worth pointing out that the only people who seem to have got this fatal error code 12 making them unable to launch the game were using the BETA version whereas I'm using the actual game.
