Just Turned Werewolf Looking for tips on best way to level WW

LaxCats01ub17_ESO
After reading all the skills I can learn throughout leveling a WW it seems that 1-4 lvls could be annoying since WW form is only up for a short period of time due to no Devour till rank 5. So I was wondering with my toon at LvL 32 are there any tips to getting Ultimate filled up to 100% quickly and then a place where there are a mass amount of NPC Mobs to earn what I call WW Kills in order to level up?

The WW and Vamp skill lines level the same way as your class skills does so the best thing you can do is just keep leveling by quests or by grinding if that is your thing. As for getting your ulti up quickly there are morphed skills and passives that gives more Ulti points each time you use them. If you want to focus on getting your ulti quickly you should get them.

Think before you act. There are always consequenses to your actions eventhough you may not notice them

Use two-handed weapons while you're trying to rank up the Werewolf base line. The first skill, Cleave, will morph into Carve. Carve is a frontal AoE that gives you Ultimate for each enemy it hits. Go anywhere with groups of mobs a few levels under you and ranged pull as many as you can handle at once, then spam Cleave till you are out of stamina and finish them off with magicka skills and basic attacks.

Also, if you are a Nightblade you have an ultimate skill that can passively gain extra ultimate for each kill. Until you get the werewolf ultimate passive you can use that on swap.

As to *where* to farm... Anywhere there's packs of mobs. Normally anywhere with humanoid mobs will have groups of 2 or 3 standing around here and there. Also, don't forget that the werewolf heavy attack is AoE. It's small, but it is AoE.
