I've reported and ignored over 15 people in the short time I've played today.

I haven't seen this many gold selling spammers in a game in a long long time. I suggest to the developers to make announcements on your efforts to combat them. Numbers of accounts banned thus far, players banned thus far, or isp's blocked thus far.

I've gotten tells from spammers. Chat is inundated with spam. And one enterprising group of spammers even created a guild with the name being that of their website that sells gold...so when they invite you it is a gs spam as well.

I sincerely hope that the reports of these players are being handled expediently and with extreme prejudice.

Because I can't take this level of spam for long as a player. I logged today mostly because I was tired of reporting and ignoring. I spent as much time on that as questing probably.

Between 6 characters, and about 5 hours total played time, I've ignored over 200 gold spammers. It's to the point I turn Zone chat off entirely, because gold spammers have rendered it effectively unusable.

Well the people spamming regular guild invites and selling stuff are just as bad.

I agree. I'm sending 10 or more chat spam reports a session (5 hours or less).
I've been reporting daily emails I'm getting from gold sellers. Why can't I or Zenimax (preferably Zenimax) filter out these spam emails? Learned that if the title of email is "Hello", it's probably not a friend, it's probably an enemy ---gold sellers.

Please do something about this Zenimax! It's a game ender for me if something isn't done soon. Between the teleporting bots eating up resources and spam (related endeavors), I'm about to go back to single-players games.

They need a way to opt out of guild invites. As for selling, I just put "WTS" in my SpamFilter. Takes care of that.

I am also getting random gold seller guild invites if I post in chat that I am lfg. I have accepted about 3 now because I thought that I was joining a group.

I guess I will have to make sure I join 5 guilds and then I won't get these anymore I hope.
