Hireling/Unknown Error?

I have been getting an unknown Error/303 connection TImed out bug. Question I have is does it have anything to do with hirelings. Because when I have a level 12 provisioner alt and when i somehow managed to get into the game on my main I had 7 Provision Kit Mails in my mail box . Still unable to log in on my alts

Lucifer108✭✭Bump . Please help , I get to the character creation screen fine with no issues, but am unable to load any characters. It sometimes works on my main once in 50 or so tries and I dont experience any in game lag or anything of the sort. But why should i get 7 Provisioning Hireling mails in the same evening? Does it have anything to do with why my account is bugging out?0
