Since the daily forum subject is people being dissatisfied about their bugs and loss of items.

Are there people out there that ARE satisfied? And please share us why.
I would like to read some positive feedback for a change.

P.S. This does not mean I don't emphasize with people struggling on their misfortune.

I'm still satisfied despite the bugs and problems.

But i'm biased, i was part of the PTS testing and i've been playing ESO for 8 months now. I know of all the fun this game can be, which is why i'm still here.

What they need is just a general discussion forum, for any topic (not limited to player helping player, crafting, etc). People could post a lot of positives there. This particular forum is for Customer Support, so by its very nature you're going to get people coming here with problems. If they don't have a problem, they won't be seeking out a Support forum :)

I like the general gameplay (unlike some I haven't had many issues), the game world and lore, and the fact that I can craft myself useful items pretty readily. It is also a nice-looking game. Overall, I think they've done a great job. If they can get rid of gold seller spam and bots I'd have very little to complain about.

I am generally very pleased with the game, the questing is better than any MMO I have played, and some quests and stories is even better than in Skyrim imo. I love the combat so far, it could use some tweaking, but the best part is the fact that I can go from being a mage and go full warrior or ranger or whatever, without having to play another character.

The game needs some tweaking, like bank space is a major issue, and things are way to expensive, like repair and respec. I have had very few bugs so far, and nothing game breaking. But right now I am to scared to play because of the issues with people losing their bank and skills etc.

I made many friends and even started my own guild T.S.O. (see The Sidekick Order in my sig) that now has 100+ members.
There were many memorable moments in both PvE and PvP and some of the battles in Cyrodiil were absolutely epic!
I enjoy the questing/exploring/crafting when i'm on my own as well as PvP when i'm out in Cyrodiil with my fellow guild members.

I'm glad i was part of the PTS because the limited number of players there really helped creating a bond between people and we were able to carry that over into the live game.
    :)

I am satisfied, but I've not had any game breaking bugs.

I think the design of the game and the fun factor are both superb. This is Elder Scrolls through and through and I have played them all, since Arena.

I am very pleased that ZOS listened to feedback from the community and moved the EU scheduled maintenance window from a Sunday morning primetime to an out of hours slot, this showed me they are listening to the customer. Very important.

I have also noticed an increased response and improved turnaround time to tickets of late. I feel perhaps we are seeing signs ZOS are getting on top of things.

I believe that the game will be ironed out and will be a game I shall enjoy for many years.

I support a subscription for this game and as long as support keeps improving I will sign up for 6 months at a time. Currently I am doing it monthly because I do want to be sure that ZOS get on top of support and remain on top. I view the sub as paying for maintenance and I expect that to be good and responsive.

I do understand that anyone who had experienced - for example, the bank bug - will not feel the same way as me as that would be really disappointing and would make me question if I could trust the underpinning technology.

For me however, I now rate this game very highly indeed.

Overall pretty impressed and satisfied with the experience so far - been playing (in Beta) for about 4 months and saw the improvements as well as the bugs. In live I've run into a few busted quests, been hit by the bank bug, and off course experienced server issues in Cyrodiil... but TBH I expect issues like these at launch, and honestly there have been less issues compared to other MMOs (WoW was horrendous at launch with the multi-hour/day roll-backs, EVE constantly crashed servers, etc).
The only negative experience in ESO is those that make it negative.

    Like the sound effects.

Like some of the witty writing.

    Like the improved crafting system.

Like the fact that it's more challenging.

    Like the art.

    Hate the shoddy servers.

Hate the price of forward camps.

    Hate the economy sys....

Oops, lost my train of thought.

    Like the music.

    Like the visual effects.

This topic is kinda out of place in Support section. Isnt it better to post it in a general discussion category? Oh wait, we dont have that one. Cause devs cant even get forums done right.

nice reads :) Every minute I spend in the game, I'm enjoying it so.. even if there are severe bugs going on. It's something we'll have to endure until it all smooths out.
