So we cant use guild/social functions on overflow?

I have heard we lose our social functions when on overflow.
The overflow idea reminds me of Guild Wars 2 but there you could still use all social functions iirc.
Zenimax should change that, it would = less rage or misunderstanding and less support/forum post.
Just my opinion.
