Reflective Tree Glitch?

I wasn't sure where to go to submit this, I've already put in a ticket in-game.
My trees are all kinds of messed up, they copy whatever passes by them and it's starting to be all the trees instead of just some.

I've tried logging in and out, restarting my computer, I even re-downloaded ESO.
It affects every single on of my characters, and I haven't found anyone else it's affecting.

Could I get some help, or be redirected to where I should voice my complain?

Seems to be a texturing-problem. Might be worth a shot to perform a "clean" graphics driver re-install.

Have you tried to lower graphics settings in-game to see if it goes away with lower quality textures?

Do you use a 144 hz screen? If so, try lowering in-game hz to 120.. I had the same problem in Skyrim, only with the water, and that was because I was running it with 144 hz.

You see I've played the entire time on the same settings since beta and I never had a problem until last night with the long loading screens and it was even worse today after the patch.
I'll go try your suggestion now, hopefully it works but it sucks that I'll have to lower quality



Edit: I lowered the settings and then customized them to be almost as good, and the trees are back to normal.

Indeed .. patches change things, so having the same settings might not always work.
