So it seems apparent that a LOT of people are losing all of their bank and character supplies,Gold, Skill pts, everything pretty much.
My friend just lost everything. Has no skill pts and pretty much cant even play this damn game now. Which makes me want to stop playing this.
I feel bad for the people this has happend to and needs to be fixed. And customer support actually needs to admit the problem and let the people know they are doing everything they can to fix and make this RIGHT. I understand problems occur in a game and things break. But not acknowledging their is a problem and not saying anything is unacceptable. These ppl have spent hard earned money and put a lot of time into your product. You should want to fix and make this right and let them know what you are doing to fix the problem.
For a game that i really enjoy playing i really hope you fix this and make it right
