So it seems apparent that a LOT of people are losing all of their bank and character supplies,Gold, Skill pts, everything pretty much.

My friend just lost everything. Has no skill pts and pretty much cant even play this damn game now. Which makes me want to stop playing this.

I feel bad for the people this has happend to and needs to be fixed. And customer support actually needs to admit the problem and let the people know they are doing everything they can to fix and make this RIGHT. I understand problems occur in a game and things break. But not acknowledging their is a problem and not saying anything is unacceptable. These ppl have spent hard earned money and put a lot of time into your product. You should want to fix and make this right and let them know what you are doing to fix the problem.

For a game that i really enjoy playing i really hope you fix this and make it right

    problem is if you arent affected or someone else you know people dont care. I enjoy playing with my friend. So this affects me and its ridicuous

    I find it kind of weird that they have not shut down the servers to fix this problem, seems like a very serious issue that should be hot fixed.

    Monday is the main day for fixes so maybe they are waiting

    I think they're going with the thought that shutting down the servers completely while they work on the fix will create more outrage than keeping them open and letting most people continue playing. The fix will take time, it's not just a matter of shutting the server down and rebooting. They need to rewrite how it works, test that, then push the fix out. They're letting people continue to play until that's done.

    They should probably think about disabling a few things though (such as increasing bank slot size).

    Everyone should feel free to cancel if that is what they want to do, but I find it laughable that some people seem to think that Zenimax does not care or not busting their butts, working ridiculous hours, each week to try and resolve things.
