Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    my ticket had the same response, the escalation however, was the same cookie-cutter *** blowoff followed by a 'solved'.

    Can we please get an update on this other than "will be fixed in an upcoming patch" ? I was getting close to Veteran Rank 1 but I'm afraid to actually play my character right now.

    This, all we want is a status update.
    If Zenmiax had trouble to fix it within weeks, tell us so we can purchase the bank slots again and carry on.
    Now the whole waiting game is incredibly frustrating .

    What's the deal Zenimax? I'm getting tired of not being able to hold on to valuable items because I can't upgrade my bank again and I'm having to prioritize what to hold on to.

    I got hit with this today. In game mail showed up with the /claim items bound to my account, checked my bank and I have lost the expansion slots and the items that were in them.

    Just got hit with this, however it appears my items repopulated themselves in my bank and possibly my inventory its hard to tell exactly however my bank is now down to 60 as opposed to 90 or 100 it was.

    *Update* I can confirm a few items are still missing (at least from my main, I'm not going to risk my alts) seems all of my Purple/Green Potency enchants (only thing i could tell for sure)

    Or in the worse case: Do you guys even know what causes it yet?

    I cant make any more alts to hold my crafting materials, when can we buy bank slots again?

    This is has already gone far beyond irritation into 'Oh, screw this.' I am a disabled person, and my wife and I live on an extremely limited income. Elder Scrolls Games are my wife's absolute favorite, so I saved and saved so that she and I could get the Imperial Editions of the game, and play together.

    I've had innumerable bugs and issues with the game since the beginning, though my wife, knock on wood, has yet to have an issue. I've sent in multiple tickets (Only because they were being marked 'Solved' when they are anything but), left my information and ticket number here... nothing. It took me tweaking, repairing, and deleting various files by net fixes for hours to even get the game to function due to the '209 Error.'

    And when we as players login, we are greeted with a wall of gold spammers and a rapidly filling ignore list, and bugs that are not inconveniences, but are deal-breakers. The only reason I am still a customer is because of my wife.

    The only time I received worse customer service was when I got my D&D Online account hacked. It took (and this is not exaggeration) 14 tickets, 5 phone calls, and 1.5 /YEARS/ to have my issue dealt with. I received none of my equipment back, but instead some 'Compensation package' with a few items that would have been fantastic... for people who raid 22 hours a day.

    So yeah. Waiting for some word about this issue. I've left my ticket number in this thread, and have yet to hear a whisper from anyone about a real fix, or compensation for the loss of 'pre-access' time, time lost due to bugs, lost items, gold, or anything at all. So, once again -

    I still miss 30 slots and all the items stacks that was there.
    I opened the incident on the 14th and it gets closed on the 17th???
    The first reply I got said it is auto-solved after 7 days if I don't reply, NOT 3!!!

    As I can't even mail myself then the game is rapidly becoming unplayable due to this bank bug.

    I think I've figured out what "Solved" means in ZOS CS-speak. It means, "Not our problem anymore. You are at the mercy of our development cycle."

    Just got the common bank bug tonight. Was logging from one toon to another went to deconstruct an item and it wasn't in the bank. Went to the bank and there was nothing in my bank.

    1. The banking bug issue will be fixed in an upcoming patch - no date set for this fix. Possibly this weeks patch.

    2. Do not buy anymore bank upgrades.

    3. Do not open Explorer packs that you receive in the mail. Leave them intact in the mail box.

    4. Do not open crafting containers from the mailing system if they are disappearing and not entering your inventory system. Leave them in the mail box.

    5. If you are missing mounts, skill points create a separate petition.

    6. Keep copy and pasting your petition until it says "Status: Customer Reply Required"

    7. Do not reply. Wait until the patch that fixes the banking issue - Loss of Bank Slot Upgrades.

    8. Reply to your petition for return of your items and loss of gold after patch.

    9. If your petition is closed before the 7 day period, copy and paste until your petition says "Status: Customer Reply Required" along with your comment reference number. Reinstate your petition for return of lost items and gold.

    ESO cannot refund missing items and gold until after the patch. To do so would cause more issues of loss of both bank slots, gold and any other items missing because the bug has NOT been fixed.

    I am still experiencing this issue, but it has been listed as Solved.

    I encountered all of the following:

    Inventory items:
    I had a full inventory (91/91) with armor, mats, etc. It is all gone,
    I currently have the pre-order treasure maps, pets, and a bow.

    Bank Items:
    Everything I was storing is gone

    Skill points:
    All skills are gone.
    The levels and progress are still shown correctly

    Misc:
    My level 15-17 horse is gone as well.

    FYI, Patch notes for 1.04 are up, and they address this issue. As ZO stated before however the changes are not retroactive so we are asked to contact Customer support to retrieve lost items/gold/bank slots.

    So, you see, ZO are doing the best they can to assist us... just be patient, you're not their only customer and some folk got hit with worse issues (losing skills comes to mind).

    Yes, this bug put into question the integrity and stability of the database, but things were done to put it right, no need to be so upset.

    And before you accuse me of fanboyism... I was affected by this bug too, losing 50 slots (from 110).

    I can't tell if my ticket has been closed or not. I do know, however, that I haven't heard from anyone directly about it since I first sent in a ticket almost 6 days ago now.

    I actually had a phone conversation with them. They told me theyd add in-game time. They have not. They said i'd get a call back in 24 hours, i did not.

    The facebook said to message them, they continually read it then place it as "unread" so the "read at X time" goes away.

    I should be getting about 50k gold for the items lost. I will make a daily petition and post on their FB until this is resolved. AND the time promised by phone-support is given.

    I lost 20 bank spaces as well as some gold and items that were in the bank when it was reset to 60 slots. I received the standard system generated message after filing the report in-game and it stated that if the issue was not resolved to reply to the email. I replied and AGAIN got the same system generated message and the ticket status showed it was resolved, but as of now I still do NOT have my extra spaces, items, or deposited gold I lost. I could care less about the items...I mainly just want my spaces back or the gold to repurchase those slots.
