Bank Space and Items Missing :(

OMG!!! The first time this happened: I re-purchased ten bank slots again (because my items disappeared, but when I logged in with a different character the items came back, but I lost my ten slots)
Now the second time: I had 70 bank slots and my bank was full. So I logged in with a different character to pull some items out of the bank and on to that character. All but two items were gone and my extra ten bank slots were gone again So I went back and logged in the my other character and my items were mostly still there, but with only 60 bank slots so I'm MISSING ten items that were in my bank! Good god. I might be missing hard to come by crafting ingridents

So now I've lost 2,000 gold and at least TEN items; I have no idea what or in what quantities! I may have lost some items when this first happened too, but I don't think my bank was full the first time this happened. I cannot buy more bank slots again and risk losing items.

Get this FIXED! This may have completely hosed my ability to craft some things.

This has happened to me twice now with upgraded 90 slot banks. 2 items were in my bank today after a wipe, and it was I think filled to the brim. Totally unacceptable.

I had the same thing happen and then received a second set of pre-order items on the same character it happened to.

It just happened to me, I went from 80 to 60 slots right after maintenance completed I believe. I probably lost 18 items or so, so peeved about this I don't even feel like playing. I want my space and items back, roll my character back to just before maintenance, something!

Same - damned disappointing after spending 11,000 gold for more slots.
Bank storage prices are unbalanced - loosing purchased slots further compounds what looks like idiocy.

Just happened to me second time. 15k gold plus 30 slots of items lost. Also my control settings etc reseted to default.

This needs to be fixed NOW.

Also i got my imperial edition items mailed to me third time now...

Happened to me days ago, submitted a ticket and was told a fix would come out in a patch and not to buy space until then. They aren't saying when the patch will come or responding to questions about it and seem not to care that this is a game breaker for anyone who crafts on more than one character (or more than one skill).

My tip, don't buy any space, find an in game mattress to hide stuff in and play something else. I have been checking out other games and seeing how many I can get this year with the money I would save if they can't figure this whole, pleasant gaming experience thing out.

To think, most of these pissed customers, angry tweets and PR issues would be gone if someone just updated players to whats going on. Announcing maintenance 8 minutes after the servers are down last night was sad. Own the faults like a boss, don't sweep them under the rug like a shifty maid.

I just lost my bank space as well. From 130/140 spaces down to 60.

This occurred right after I noticed that I got a second set of the Collectors Edition (CE) mail ingame.

Since I accidentally deleted my CE maps on the first day (before there was a warning about them being character bound), I thought ZMO fixed this issue and sent me new mail.

My next character I logged into, I lost all my additional bank space. This is a massive loss, filed bug but help!

Im in the same crowd, went from 100 to 60 with full bank. Lost 40 items to somewhere, kept my KUTA's and Tempering though yea. Guess I will buy backpack upgrades for my alts not bank space.

just happened to me too. 100 to 60, 25-40 items gone, tons of gathered mats and thousands of gold in slot upgrades...'poof', gone. Backbreaker for me I'm afraid.

This just happened to me. I was fine when I logged out to log on another character and when i logged on that character I went to the bank and had 1/60 items in the bank. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I just lost all the items. I had a ticket in with the support folks [Incident: 140401-048544] but it was taking so long to get back to me I just told them to close it and moved on figuring that I would just never see those items again.

This time I had purchased bank upgrades to 90 slots. Now I am back to 60 and the overflow items went into my characters inventory so no items lost but I lost the gold I spent on the bank upgrades.

This is getting so frustrating and is making not want to play but I don't want to waste my 30 days of play time. I expect to get compensated free game time as well as the gold lost. No in game items are going to make me satisfied at this point.

Just remembered, based off what another user posted, that I had this problem right after receiving mail giving me duplicate copies of the Imperial Edition bonus items.

Just lost 40 slots along with the STACKS of crafting materials that resided there. Fantastic -- still not fixed.

I lost much from my bank, slots, items, gold. Not sounding promising from support either. I feel your pain OP.

This is dragging on much longer than I anticipated, I am forced to log in and out between multiple bank alts now. They promise a solution but never come through and Support is trolling me now every time I email them. Like /reloadui could fix this or something
