Deadly Bash (One handed+Shield) Complety broken!!!!!!!!

I have unlocked deadly bash recently and is extremely OP!!!!. I do many more damage than dual wield or two handed, only spaming bash (right click mouse + left click mouse). Please nerf it as soon as possible.!!!!

Yeah and your stamina drains like drinking a choco milk if you spam bash. you will wake up in pain if other block and you are left without stamina.

Get to lvl 50 and then see how it works in comparison to other classes.

OMG, are you kidding me? Shield Bash actually do more DPS than any other Active Skill and consume many less stamina. And yes, I am lvl 50 VR 1 and I have played about 30 Hours in AvA or more. The skill is broken because right now I can delete a lvl 50 mob using only shield bash and I do many more damage than using my secondary weapon (Dual Wield). Is this balanced for you?

Numbers from this video:
light attack = 55 dmg
bash = 133 dmg
invasion = 122 dmg
unstable flame = 100 dmg initial , 40 dmg ticks

I don't see anything BROKEN about that skill. Maybe you want to say that damage\cost ratio is higher than average, but I can't see it from this video.
In fact Unstable Flame deals more damage than Bash do.

Shield Bash + Deadly Bash do more DPS (Damage per second) than other weapon active skill and consume less stamina. What is the sense to have the deadliest weapon skill in the tank spec???. For me, the skill is extremely OP and broken.

Bash hits + passive Deadly Bash is the most OP combo in game the at this moment.

A part of this, weapon + shield is a combination destined for tank, is a no sense the damage, arround 300hp each hit, in PvP, you can kill so fast 2 enemies until the stamina source is empty.

Zenimax should fix it as fast as possible.

I do x3 more damage with shield hits than dual wield, plus interruption and block.

You know you can one shot enemies if you time your skills correctly ... 137 damage is nothing when I one shot a level 49 vampire with a well timed attack.

There is more to ESO than spamming stuff, oh on a side note "if you aint using green dragon blood your a noob" ?

I beg to differ im using the other morph and regret nothing.

Yeah the guy is so pro .....

He hasn't got ransack on.
He hasn't taken inhale for healing and AoE damage which works as a threat builder.
He has over looked the 1600 armour and spell resistance coagulating blood gives.
Taking the weapon buff "for damage over time" .... yeah ok ill keep flame whip.

I only need 5 heavy armour to bump my armour value to 3000 while taking medium for the stamina you loss from green dragon blood.

Ok lets see.....

The real problem with shield bash is the high damage plus the low stamina cost. You can do a lot of damage with each attack and spam the ability three times more than any other skill in the game.

And don't forget while you are using shield bash, you are blocking and interrupting too. Also you have more armor if wearing a shield.

Come on man.....Can you see now why is OP and broken or not?

Also all those Stamina using abilities out there, Use up Bar space.. which is another major perk of Bash. So even if they did the same damage as Bash, that alone would be reason enough to use Bash over them.

Its the same line of reasoning as to why i'm a Nord in this game (The armor racial) Because it saves me a Bar Slot in this game, And its the same line of reasoning as to why I use things like Traveler and Superior Runes of Speed in GW2, because again, In a game with limited Bar Space... Anything that free's up that space is incredibly valuable.

So you did master all weapon types already to compare the dmg , thats great...waht about posting some comparison screenshots.

Here is an overview about highest damage abilities - ranked by damage. Scroll down for weapon abilities. The highest dps are allegedly comming from Twin Slashes (dual wield).

As my main is a DK tank, I'd have to say that yes, the shield bash is strong, but I don't believe it's such a big deal as people are making it out to be.

Plus if you immo in PvP shield bashing doesn't matter.

You're telling me that bash is better than a skill like..puncture? Which does the same damage, but also lowers the enemies armor (and spell resist) by 40%? Gimme some of what you're smoking.

Puncture in no way does the same damage as Bash

If you like, I'll make a nice video comparing the two, Where you'll see a Crit from Puncture is the equiv of Bash normal hit.

while i was playing after reading this, i thought i'd test it out for myself.

just running around trying to bash everything feels stupid, drains stam, and pretty much leaves me having to play normally after a few seconds.

then again, my points are spent to use stam and mag evenly on my DK, so... maybe if i had everything in stamina I could reasonably use bash as an attack like people are saying, but that would be even worse build.

Regardless, my point was that active skills have effects that outstrip pure damage. Low slash = damage reduction, snare, and root
Puncture = enemies armor and spell resist lowered. Also, if you're using bash as opposed to your standard attacks, you will run out of stamina and have nothing to block with or use active abilities with. See how far that gets you in PvP.

Use immobilizes, back up, stay mobile, problem solved. They move slower while blocking, even with the added traits.
