Guild Store tax and cuts

So the trend in game and most will back this up, is zone chat has turned into trade spam. This is a direct result of the hefty cost to actually post items in a guild store. Kind of defeats the purpose of having trade guilds etc, if people do not want to post stuff on it because of losses incurred.

I understand implementation of gold sinks etc. But people are NOT gonna post potions etc for raid and pvp group items at cost for the guild when the tax and bank cut makes it a big loss. This defeats the purpose of having a guild store IMO.

The idea of guild store is awesome, allows a guild's crafters to sell needed items at cost without filling up valuable bank space. The gold sink cost needs to be revamped and looked at.

Agree. Another possibility is to create a trade chat, though my preference would be to lower fees.

a trade chat is just ignored unfortunatey so then they post it in both. People are trying saving gold by spamming zone chats nonstop. It is as annoying as the gold spammers.

Agree. Listing fee in G-store shoud be lowered by at least 5% (down to 10%). It will have a good effect on in-game economy and trading activity.

The only part of your comments I agree with is the listing fee. If you are in a guild of friends then use direct trade or just dump things in the bank for others to take. Guild store is for those seeking profit.
