PC account on Xbox?

So I'm curious, can I buy a used copy of ESO for Xbox 360, and use my PC account on it, rather than spending sixty more dollars for a whole new account?

My understanding is that Consoles are going to have separate servers, so I am thinking no.

ESO will not be on the 360, only the One.

They are having separate account and billing for these. Want to play both PC and Xbox world? You pay twice. People will point the finger at Microsoft (just watch lol) but in reality all they give a crap about is your Gold Live which they require for all online play anyway, ESO is charging on top of that their own subscription and it has nothing to do with Microsoft or their billing in anyway. The real irony here is if you familiar with Titanfall, ZOS could have did what Respawn did and just worked with them, Microsoft would have let them use their cutting edge cloud services because managing services and hosting servers IS Microsofts core business and they are the best in the world at it, making games is ZOS but now they are stuck doing both with very little experience in anything online.

Personally I think this is stupid and will hurt the console worlds more than anything. I was looking forward to playing on Xbox but will not pay 2 subs if I can physically play only one at a time. Would have gladly bought another CE.

The Irony is I did by 2 CE's but both for PC. Because it was not an issue of money for me. I see it as If I am going to pay twice I may as well get the most benefit which is having them both in same environment and billing.
