Item Loss
Losing items due to rollbacks or internal game issues needs to be handled a little faster. I lost my khajit motif due to a rollback and still haven't gotten it back yet. I had to threaten to stop playing before 1 GM even decided to help me out.
Also the whole taking off your helmet to smith is a horrible idea. I have lost 2 helms now due to this issue. It doesn't deconstruct it, it just vanishes. This item still hasn't been returned to me like promised and now I'm 20 levels above that item now so it really doesn't matter much to me now but still it shouldn't take 3-4 days to get 1 item back.
The customer service in game chat doesn't even seem to work unless you wait about 3 hours and you can't do anything during this time or it closes the chat or you leave the game due to inactivity. Bad idea.
tldr: customer support is too long and removal of helm to smith is bad.
