Email and Phone support links don't work

I need to talk with a human about my account and I can't get the email or phone links to work on this website with Safari or Chrome. How can I speak to someone directly about my account?

The page works fine for me in Safari 7.0.3.

Thank you! That loaded on Chrome just fine. It must be their redirect code having issues.
