In combat changes

I think it would be a great idea to allow skill changes, build changes through armory, summon and mount a horse and take a wayshrine port while in combat if you haven't been hit for a few seconds - like when you run and escape through a door out of a delve while being chased by mobs. Would you agree? I can't see a problem with it and I think it would add a lot of dynamism to the game.
