[PC-EU] Social Ban

Greetings,

I got chat/trade/guild merchants limitations on 20s of March w/o any mail/notification explaining what caused such the limitations and their terms.
After that I had waited for a week because from the public information it's been most likely automated social ban and it should've lasted for 3-5 days.
Not having got unbanned, I created a support ticket 260401-000511 on April 1st.
As of today, after 4 weeks I neither got unbanned, neither received feedback from the support, nor informed about my fault and terms.

I'd be very much appreciated if the issue will get off the ground.

    Gentlemen, I know that you're very busy, overloaded and so on, but it's been a week after posting this thread, more than a month after contacting the customer support and one half month after the issue was started.

    If you need some additional proofs, here's the snapshot of an automated reply dated by April 1st:

    From that moment I received no feedback neither on the mail, neither by a notification in the game, nor at the forum, nothing. And accordingly to your own policy consideration of the request should have lasted not longer than 3-5 working days.

    I emphasize that's not an appeal. If I deserve such the restrictions I have no complaints against you.
    However, at the moment I experience very struggling game experience, when:
    • I need to ask friends and guild members for potions, crafting materials to be sent via mailbox (direct trade doesn't work) each time I'm out of them (because I cannot do it myself as guild merchants just say "bye!")
    • I need to contact guild/static members via Discord, point out that I have a social ban and cannot chat them directly in the game even just to add me to the group not to mention the overall communication.
    • I cannot link achievements and contact players to apply for PUG runs.
    • I cannot share dungeon/trial sets pieces with my friends/guild members even if I already have a full collection and don't need them.

    The funniest thing I just don't know why and is this social ban even reasonable and not accidental due to another AI mistake, which, and you know that, there were zillions of them. Because I'm getting ignored by everybody from the ZoS staff for longer time than many other players get socially unbanned, who got their social restrictions for real purposes.

    You require us to be polite, constructive and reasonable, but it seems you don't do the same in return to the players.

    May 6 Update:
    The social ban has now persisted for a staggering 48 days in total. Despite my best efforts, I have received zero feedback from any authority through any official communication channel.

    In addition to my previous attempts to break through this "wall of silence," I submitted a new ticket in English (#260503-003980) on May 3rd, hoping it would be handled by the global support team. Unfortunately, after 3 full days of waiting, there has been no response.

    As a final attempt to resolve this via official channels, I have reached out to community moderators today. I understand it has only been a few hours, but given the 1.5-month silence on my previous tickets, my confidence is at an all-time low.

    This is my last attempt to solve this issue through the official support system and forums. As a paying customer who has invested in the game, DLCs, and crown boxes, being locked out of social features for 48 days without a single explanation is unacceptable.

    If this remains ignored, my next step will be to bring this systemic support failure into the public space.

    It appears that ticket 260401-000511 was sent as a feedback ticket. These tickets do not typically receive a response from an agent. Ticket 260503-003980 is in the correct place and awaiting an agent. You should hear back within a few days. If you do not hear back within a week, feel free to ping me again and I will reach out.
