Greetings,
I got chat/trade/guild merchants limitations on 20s of March w/o any mail/notification explaining what caused such the limitations and their terms.
After that I had waited for a week because from the public information it's been most likely automated social ban and it should've lasted for 3-5 days.
Not having got unbanned, I created a support ticket 260401-000511 on April 1st.
As of today, after 4 weeks I neither got unbanned, neither received feedback from the support, nor informed about my fault and terms.
I'd be very much appreciated if the issue will get off the ground.
