5 items: While in Werewolf form, increase the duration and decrease the cost of Transformation abilities in your group by 50%.

(If you're a solo player, at most this set extends the duration of Werewolf Transformation. If you're grouped with a Werewolf using this set, you get increased duration and reduced cost of Bone Goliath, Blood Scion, and Werewolf Transformation. This set gives Werewolves a purpose in groups.)

    Mythic - Dwarven siege Bow

Your light & heavy attacks deals 50% less damage & they don't recover stamina. In addition, heavy attack charge time is increased by 50%.

Your bow heavy attacks can now deal damage to destructible structures in Cyrodill.

As a finishing touch give it largest possible model that would not clip too much.

5 piece: Increase your companion's damage and/or healing by 100% depending on their primary weapon (everything except Restoration Staff will increase damage).

5 piece: Increase your companion's health by 100% and allow them to taunt in an AOE fashion.

5 piece: Permanently allow you to stay in Werewolf form. Use your ultimate ability simply as a toggle.

5 piece: Increase your damage while in Werewolf form by 50%.

5 piece: Puncture instead causes you to stomp your foot on the ground causing an earth shatter and lightning strikes to flare out, taunting all enemies within 10 yards.

5 piece: Keep your Necromancer summons (eg, Skeletal Arcanist/Archer) permanently. Allow for the additional summoning of 2 more permanent summons.

5 items: Swap the Martial and Magical Status Effects you apply to targets.

    Sundered is swapped with Overcharged
    Poisoned is swapped with Burning
    Diseased is swapped with Concussion
    Hemorrhaging is swapped with Chilled

(So, when using a skill like Elemental Susceptibility, instead of applying Burning, Chilled, and Concussion, this set would cause you to apply Poisoned, Hemorrhaging, and Diseased instead. Using a skill like Eviscerate, Pounce, or Ruinous Scythe would apply Chilled instead of Hemorrhaging.)

1 item (Mythic): Change the damage type of all abilities depending on the weapon you have equipped. You may only apply the corresponding Status Effect.

    Restoration Staff: Magic Damage
    Fire Staff: Flame Damage
    Ice Staff: Frost Damage
    Lightning Staff: Shock Damage
    Dual Wield: Bleed Damage
    Two Handed: Disease Damage
One Hand and Shield: Physical Damage
    Bow: Poison Damage
    Werewolf claws: Bleed Damage
    One Handed: Physical Damage
    No Weapon: Physical Damage

(For those who want to sacrifice damage type variety for thematic builds. This is like the Threads of War set, but it changes the damage type of abilities.)

    Lightning Damage set:
5 items: Dealing Shock damage with an ability applies the Conduit debuff to that target. Dealing direct shock damage with a single target ability to a target with Conduit inflicts the concussed status effect, consumes the debuff and causes the ability that dealt that damage to also chain to the nearest enemy.

    Flame Damage set:
5 items: Dealing flame damage to a target with an ability applies a stack of Searing heat to that target (max 5 stacks). Enemies take 5% more flame damage for each stack of searing heat applied. Dealing direct flame damage to an enemy with max stacks of searing heat applies 1 stack of searing heat to nearby enemies that aren't currently at max stacks.

    Frost Damage set:
5 items: Dealing Frost damage with an ability to a target affected by chilled applies the Frozen debuff. Dealing direct Frost damage to a target affected with frozen, consumes the frozen debuff and causes shards of ice to break off that target, hitting nearby enemies for X damage applying the chilled and sundered status effects to enemies hit.

These ideas could also be converted into Mythic items with their downsides being that you don't deal any (or significantly reduced) damage that is not of the respective damage type being buffed.

It might be fun to have some more sets that give you an ally/tool.

    Potential Examples:

    Bog Blight
    Mummy
    Anka-Ra
    Zombie
    Assassin Beetle
    Chaurus
    Gargoyle
    Giant Bat
    Giant Scorpion
    Giant Wasp
    Kotu Gava
    Bristleback
    Bull-Horned Magma Frog
    Crocodile
    Death Hopper
    Jackal
    Hackwing
    Echatere
    Nix-Hound
    Salamander
    Terror Bird
    Kwama Worker
    Daedrat
    Void Rot
    Ice Barrier
    Burdening Eye
    Hemoptera

From a more functional standpoint, I'd suggest adding some heavy attack sets that clash with either Sergent's Mail or with using a Lightning Staff to help enable a bit more diversity on the heavy attack build front.

I think Stamden would love an extra crocodile or perhaps a wasp to accompany them.
