Divinecraft dungeons from Where Winds Meet. They have 11 dungeons with several treasure chests in each culminating in very useful final rewards including medicinal tales which are required to upgrade the healing potions.
Why would I want them in ESO? Because they are entirely puzzle-based dungeons with not a single mob or encounter in them. So refreshingly different!

I’d love to be able to create something with objects I do or even don’t have, and get a tally of the number of objects needed, so I could budget how much it would cost me. It would also let me see if what I am envisioning in my head would work. It doesn’t necessarily need a save function, just a separate mode where I can play around without committing gold and resources first.

Oh, wow! That sounds awesome. I didn't realize NMS had that. It would definitely be awesome. ESO semi has that with the purchase tabs in homes having a preview object but you can't set them down and continue to build with them without buying. So it's limited in it's usefulness. I would definitely prefer you're describing.
