Need help reactivating account

Hello I was told my account would be reactivated for 24 hours to buy crowns to make up for a chargeback but haven't heard anything yet. My ticket is 250915-000752 if anyone can help me on when I should do this. Thank you so much in advance

I accidently emailed bethesda and it updated in the support ticket. I wasn't aware of this can someone contact the team to activate my account, I have the funds prepared to buy the crowns please.
