Account Suspended for a Billing Issue.

This issue was already delt with on other tickets due to a glitch with Paypal making it so I bought 4 crown packs at the same time. The was refunded my money though support and several tickets., then, suddenly without warning my account was suspended with no email as for the reason why. I have responded to the email for the ticket I submitted and I am waiting for a response. I have been a loyal customer for years, and have played since beta, but been unable to access my account for a week can someone help please. # 250902-002913 is my ticket number.

I replied back, unfortunately paypal is not able to issue a chargeback for a refund, so I am waiting for their reply back on what my options are for getting back my account. I am willing to pay what needs to be paid, I just need to know how to do it.

So I messaged paypal they are not able to chargeback the refund, I went to my bank and they are not able to send the money directly to Zenimax, I want to pay what is owed. Essentially Zenimax made a mistake and over refunding for crowns bought, and I just want to pay what is owed so I can get my account unsuspended.

I would be more than glad just to buy the crowns again and they just take them away, but due to the suspension I can't access the site to even do that.

So my account was suspended on September 2, I immediately put in a ticket, got an AI response September 3, got another responses September 11, can't tell if it was AI or not, but nothing else since. This just ridiculous, I been a paying customer of Eso for 10 years, I've spent $1000s of dollars on crowns during that time, and my account get suspended because Eso made a mistake over refunded me, I am willing and want to pay the amount, but I just don't know how, since I can't access my account buy the crowns so they just take them, Paypal can't charge back, my bank doesn't know how to send the money to them, so I am at a loss, and still waiting for customer service to respond.
