HomeTour system down?

It looks like HomeTour system is down. Nothing comes up in "recommended" or "browse" list. All my houses listed on HomeTour were removed - all tags are gone as well as number of recommendations I've received previously. Other people's houses I've tagged as favourites are all gone too.
I asked if others are experiencing the same issue and few people said they are experiencing it too.
I play on PC / NA
EDIT: I logged onto PC / EU and everything seems fine but not on PC / NA!
