Sure a Herald of the Tome, Assassination and Aedric Spear Class could reach 160k DPS now but if they added Softcaps
Being able to reach 160k DPS would mean nothing if they capped damage at 100k DPS, no enemy in the game should beable to take more damage than that within the span of 1 second from a single player.

Being able to reach 160k DPS would mean nothing if they capped damage at 100k DPS, no enemy in the game should beable to take more damage than that within the span of 1 second from a single player.
