Had a question about one of Arcanist's passives.

So I have room in my build for one arcanist skill on my back bar. I usually fight on my front bar which is a bow. I have two bars, a bow and a sword, and my one Arcanist skill is on the sword bar. My question is this: When i fight on the bow bar does the Arcanist passive Psychic Lesion still boost the damage of my poison on bow bar or just that of the bar its on? Would I have to reorganize to get my one arcanist skill on the bow bar to receive that 15% dot damage up and increased status effect chance.

The tooltip says "With a tome herald skill slotted " but i am unsure if it recognizes the ability as slotted when i am on a bow/not on the sword bar with my arcanist skill.

it usually says " while slotted on either bar". If it doesnt say that on the skill it has to be on the active bar i believe.

When ZoS says "With a [X] ability slotted-" they typically mean when one of those abilities is on your current or 'Active' bar, despite the wording suggesting otherwise.

I really hate how stuff like this only applies to one bar at a time though because it is confusing and unintuitive.
