You know...I really like the game. And I like Zenimax as a company. But sweet baby Jeebus their customer service is just incompetent. It's like they spent a lot of attention on the game...which is good...but completely forgot about every other aspect of running a MMO.
I agree. I've been trying to get a hold of a game master for 4 days now. Impossible to do so. So tired of getting the same form response's as well. Not sure what's so difficult or hard to understand about. "I need a game master to fix a bugged main quest line. I can't abandon it. Logging out doesn't work. Stuck doesn't work. Please contact me in game.
