ESO plus membership on Steam not reflected in ESO account

Good Morning,
I purchased an ESO Plus Membership on Steam and it was upgraded successfully in the game. But if I look at my account on the ESO website, it shows that I only have the standard edition with no membership. Is this normal or will the ESO account eventually sync with the Steam ESO membership?
